At T&C Surf Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that surfboards, swimwear, and final sale items are non-returnable.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items. Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
